Lately, we stepped into a shop selling nonya kuih at Pulau Tikus. This shop is barely open for few months only. We passed by this shop several times while drive thru to town. So we put into our mind that we shall give this place a try if we had the chance.
Few days ago, hubby wanted to have some afternoon tea time and we were around that area.
So we stopped by and tried:
Soya Bean
Peanut Soup
We love this peanut soup. Amazingly I can have big peanut. And loves the textures of the peanuts. Not too hard nor soft. Just perfect for my liking.
Assorted Nonya Kuih
There are lots of nonya kuih in the shop. But end up with choose this packet of nonya kuih as we get to savour different flavours of it. From this box, we like the or kuih, kuih lapis, kuih kosui and the kuih bingka ubi. There are other choices of nonya kuih availables. Saw their ang koo kueh which looks very cute but no room for another intake for that day.

FoOd PaRaDiSe verdict
It's quite a nice place for a quick bite and all the people that served us are very friendly. I will certainly go back to try their morning Yu Char kuih and also their nasi lemak.
